Very poor response by the staff. I have booked an appointment at 10:30AM. I reached 2 mins before the scheduled time. And waited for almost 15 mins the staff are unprofessional and they dont know how to treat the customer. Simply sitting at the desk and passing time. Not even requested me to wait.

My kid had decent hair cut. Cleanliness is avg. Price is more than double compared to Naturals 1/4 km away. Has dedicated parking Person who did hair cut to my kid is rude and not kid friendly. They show attitude towards customers. I do not understand their business approach towards customers: they don't address the customers standing in front of them willing to pay but wait for someone who did not show up on their appointment time. If I were doing this business, I would address the walk-in customers with great respect and have another person take care of people with appointment and come Delayed, wasting lot of people time. Overall would not prefer to visit this place, instead would go to naturals.
