M2 PREMIUM UNISEX SPA SALON, BB Plaza, Itanagar

When i went there the barber show us many haircut but then I selected one just to impress my parent the barber ruin my hair by cutting it very short it not even same as the cut was choose horrible experience, I will not even like to give it one star .

Pathetic experience. I went to this place for doing hair straightening , waxing , facial and threading. I started with eye brows first. But these people chopped off my half left eye brow. The lady was not even sure of what she was doing. And on top of that they charged also instead of compensating their mistake. I wouldn't go to it again. And would not recommend to anyone. Poor customer service.

When I cut my hair last time in here while I was leaving I saw that the person hmwho had cut my hair was from the parlour downstairs idk if that downstairs one is still there. Best scam of my life

The staff were friendly that's it! they lack training I guess....went for a short hair cut came back with such an uneven and ugly hair cut....hope my hair can be fixed in some other parlour now..having hard time even by looking in the mirror ..never going back again!!

I regret visiting this salon. It gives u a nightmare with worst haircut. Will never visit again

M2 salon is very clean & hygienic salon n all service are good & staffs response is very good .

Good experience with staff. Hair cutting and colouring was decent.

Probably the best salon in Itanagar.
