I recently visited this parlor requesting a soft perm, but unfortunately, the hairstyle I received was a set of tight, unflattering curls that were not at all what I asked for. I am very disappointed with the result. What made the experience even worse was the lack of attention from the staff. It was quite obvious that I was unhappy with my hair, yet no one approached me to ask about the issue or offer any assistance. This lack of follow-up and concern was really disheartening. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with both the incorrect hairstyle and the poor customer service I experienced. I would think twice before booking an appointment here. A lot of staffs doesn't even have any good skills.

Extremely disappointed with the service at the M2 branch in Chandranagar. The haircut I received was nowhere near worth the high price charged (Rs400). In fact, a salon right across the street offers the same service for just 50--and does it better. This place is clearly overpriced and underdelivers. I will not be coming back and strongly advise others to avoid it.

Attitude employee especially male in the reception area. Came across unprofessional behaviour towards the client. They charged me even for the service I didn't take but I didn't bother to go back as I didn't want to see their attitude again. I highly suggest the owner to work on the employees behaviour towards the clients.

Its a really good parlour , specially if you are into modern look , i personally always go there for my hair cut and trust me i never got dissapointed not even once !!

Superb service by the staff's I have experienced at my every visit.Price is also very reasonable.Clean n hygiene parlour, family friendly too.

Never ever experienced such a great service before, especially the hair stylist Mr.Doye is super expert. I would recommend everyone to visit this saloon and if you have to do with any kind of hair styling then i would recommend Mr. Doye.
