Senses Spa N Salon

I visited Senses Salon, Naharlagun yesterday for a manicure and was attended by Minu (or Mini). She was extremely gentle, soft-spoken, and professional. Her service was excellent, and she ensured I was fully satisfied throughout. However, I would like to point out an observation regarding the front desk staff. Initially, she was cordial while I enquired about first-time customer offers. But after billing, when I tipped the staff Rs. 1000 for the manicure (worth Rs. 1200) and asked about other services, her tone and attitude suddenly changed--she became overly attentive and started addressing me as "ma'am." The shift was quite noticeable and honestly, a bit amusing. Professionals in the beauty industry should treat all customers with equal respect and warmth, regardless of their spending capacity. Consistency in customer service goes a long way.

I wanted layer wavy thick haircut but instead got so short and layered from top of the head and it's so thin now can't even hold any hair totally different from what I showed in picture I regret it

Once in a while thing, save up... you'll need it

I'd been searching for a good place for a decent haircut for a while. After all the bad haircuts i finally found a place where i could get the haircut that i was happy with. The stylist was very well trained and understood what exactly i wanted. The best part is he kept asking how i wanted certain things n suggesting wherever he felt necessary. Apart from this the interiors and the decors are pretty good and upscale. The service staff are polite and well trained. Very satisfied with the overall experience.

It's just waste of time and money . Their service is very slow . You can find more decent , money and time saving parlours . They make us wait for literally more than 1 hour but even after 1 hour they didn't cut my hair so we just left . They gave us the time ,it was 11:30 but they extended it to 12 :00 but when we reach at 12:00 they told us to wait for 15:00 more minutes but after 1 and half hour still they didn't cut our hair . Senses spa u need more employments and take good care of your customers otherwise your parlour is going to be closed very soon . Worst experience

Awesome place beautiful services are showwhat lacking like for men only 2 barbers are there.

Its the best place to be when you feel like getting pampered and loving yourself. I don't have any negatives to point out
