I had a disappointing experience with OPAL Salon, which I feel is important to share--especially for those considering their services. Being a new unisex salon, I was eager to give it a try and booked an appointment for 6:00 PM on 10th April,. I arrived at 6:05 PM, only to be told that another client was still being serviced and would take at least another 30 minutes. The staff admitted it was a scheduling mistake on their part and assured me that I would receive a call once they were ready. Unfortunately, I never received any call back from the SALON, despite waiting patiently. This was particularly frustrating as I had an important event the next day and had relied on this appointment. If appointments can't be honored, it raises the question--why confirm them in the first place? The lack of communication and professionalism, especially at the reception, was disappointing. Time management and proper coordination are essential in a service-based business. I genuinely hope the salon works on improving their appointment system and customer handling. Until then, I would advise others to be cautious when booking.

Really the Opal unisex salon is elegant and like a angel. The services of salon is excellent. I noticed staff are more senior and the behaviour of the staff is very good.
