16 Candles, - Restaurant in Bilasipara, Best Family Restaurant in Bilasipara,

16 Candles may look like an upscale restaurant from the outside, but the food tells a completely different story. We ordered the chicken noodles and fried rice, expecting at least basic quality -- but what we got was honestly one of the worst meals we've had anywhere. The chicken noodles were soggy, overcooked, and completely flavorless. The chicken itself was dry, chewy (if any was even there), and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The fried rice was somehow even worse -- oily, bland, and with no seasoning whatsoever. It felt like no one in the kitchen even bothered to taste the food before serving it. For a place that tries to present itself as premium, the quality was shockingly low. It's all show and no substance. You walk in expecting a nice dining experience, and leave wondering how such a good-looking place can serve food this bad. Save your time, save your money -- there are far better places to eat. This was a total letdown.

Unsatisfactory - The pricing felt too high for the quantity served, especially for a place like Bilasipara. The staff clearly lacked professional training; their attitude did not match the decor or the service expectations. I experienced rude behavior--when I politely asked to add honey to a starter, I was abruptly told it would cost extra. I understand additional charges, but the manner in which it was communicated was unprofessional and dismissive.

Its just a Costly restaurant with Nothing Else.i am Person who love to taste different kind of foods and restaurants ,i used to travel a lot across the country exploring different cuisine and restaurant but this restaurant ;its only hype for Customers who haven't been to a good fine dine.even the thali price and Other Prices are Absolutely High without any Justification.

Good food, good environment. Recommended.

We had the most horrible experience the last time we visited the place. The restaurant's staff are far from being professional. Although they use iPads for taking orders, they get puzzled and have us waiting for not less than 2 hours to get the orders ready. It was nothing but a waste of time and money. Its was not a bad experience tbh. The atmosphere was great.The service was meh idk not that good ngl.The food was fine.A little less hygenic tho.Our table did not had tissue paper and no staff was coming to fill that box , so yeah I had some problem with that. But overall not that bad actually.
