I love coming here for facials. Sabita Di is incredibly skilled and professional. She gives the best facial massage. Her treatments always melt away my work stress, leaving me feeling completely relaxed.

I went for hair colouring, mani pedi and threading. The hair colouring experience was good. Expect when I reached home I realised that there was colour left in my ears. The mani pedi was mixed. Exfoliation of feet weren't done. During mani the nails weren't filed well and the she missed out of cutting and pushing back the cuticles. Eyebrow threading was fine but when I pointed out that it became thinner than I expected, she got offended. Over all mixed feedback as services could be better as the brand image is held at a highly. A little more training to the service staff and customer device could be improved.

Best hospitality ever received in a salon. I just loved my hairs after cut. If you are looking for best hairstyles in Bongaigaon. Must go to Lakme Salon. I am so so so satisfied. My hairs were cut by Majen Brahma. All the staffs behaviour was soo homely. I shall visit again.

I went there for hair cut, hair spa and threading. My experience of hair spa was bad, they didn't give steaming or proper hair massaging and charged a lot (however I got some discount ) for just hair mask and wash on the name of hair spa and when I asked for it they gave some lame reason which I didn't understand. Hair cut was good but threading was again a not so good experience, The lady shaped my eyebrows beautifully, but I ended up with a few small cuts around them--bit of a mixed experience! So, this was my first time at Lakme salon and I didn't like it much, felt it's just overhyped but I'll give it one more try and let's hope it was just a one-time bad experience and things go a lot smoother this time around.

Behaviour of their staff is not good at all. When we call for an appointment they don't response only

I visit the Lakme Salon whenever I'm in Bongaigaon, but this time wasn't a good experience at all. My sister and I went for hair spa services, and firstly, the product we wanted wasn't available. They only had the more expensive hair spa options, starting at 1800 and above. Secondly, we called on Tuesday to check if the 30% offer was still available, and they completely denied it, saying the offer was no longer valid. However, when we visited the salon on Wednesday, we found out that the offer had indeed been available on Tuesday. As a result, a service that could have been availed for INR 1862 ended up costing us INR 3060 due to the unavailability of products at their salon and the misinformation they provided.
