I visited this salon with the intention of getting a protein treatment to help with my hair fall, after medical treatments hadn't worked. I expressed my concern about not wanting heat-based treatments due to severe hair fall, but the owner insisted on both smoothning and protein treatments without considering my hair health. She quickly assigned her staff and left, who also noted that my hair didn't need further treatment but felt obliged or forced to follow her orders. 2 weeks later, my hair fall has worsened significantly. It's clear that the owner's priority is upselling treatments rather than understanding individual needs. I hope this helps others who prioritize hair health over aggressive upselling.

I did Smoothening treatment in this salon. it's really amazing result, earlier I had done Smoothening in different salons but this is the best result I ever experienced. best salon among Assam. best straightening or smoothening result. also friendly environment.

My experience out there would probably be average. Owner definitely knows her business and how to lure clients (not in an offensive way). Some particular staff members can be gentler while handling hair. They were pretty rough while ironing my hair in my experience.

Products are not healthy to use ... cause hair damage after days .... not a good salon
