Got my nanoplastia done here at the end of December, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Initially, I went in for hair smoothening, but my hairdresser, Raghav, advised against it. The manager took the time to explain the potential consequences, yet I was still keen on going ahead with smoothening. However, after assessing my hair some more, Raghav refused to take any risks and instead recommended nanoplastia, ensuring my hair's health in the long run. Fast forward to the end of March, and my hair feels amazing--healthy, no breakage, and barely any split ends! I've also followed their advice on applying a hair mask occasionally, which has helped maintain its strength and shine. It's been four months, and my hair is thriving. Huge thanks to the entire team for their patience, professionalism, and top-notch hospitality. Highly recommend!! Recommend everyone to invest some more and get it done professionally who understands the consequences in the long run.

I recently experienced their facial services, and it was truly enjoyable. Sunita ensured that I feel completely relaxed throughout the process, delivering the treatment with great care and skill. Her attention to detail made the experience both soothing and refreshing.

I did not have a very good experience here. I was assigned a hair dresser at first with whom I had all the discussions with what kind of haircut I want and my hair condition etc. Then in the middle of it after the hair wash he left to attend a different customers and I was given a different one. Whom I had to explain what I want but he could hardly follow it and did not do exactly how I wanted. I request you not to change your hairdresser in the midway as it's not right and to assign someone who can follow instructions rather than someone who does what he wants to do. Please remember that there is something called CUSTOMER SATISFACTION and EXPERIENCE.

The staffs were very polite and skilled. They gave me the haircut I wanted. Thank you so much, will surely visit again.

First visit to the salon , positive , professional and clean but a simple wedge ( one step and not the progressive wedge) as my hair is naturally wavy was billed Rs 1500, which I felt was way overpriced!! There are other good parlours in the city and the same haircut comes at the max Rs 700/800 but 1500... like seriously ??!!! It was my bad that i didnt asked beforehand but services needs to be logical enough !! Hairdresser was professional but again, price point matters!! I saw the menu card and threading is mentioned Rs 89, what on earth is the threading process different from the rest??!! ( except that the hands should be professional) ! People's choice but just shared an honest opinion!!

Bad male haircut. Their barbers are always in a hurry and don't have any ideas for haircuts. Why spend 500, when local bihari can give you the same cut for 100. A bit of better interior isn't worth it.

I visited the salon for the first time yesterday, extremely happy and satisfied with their services. They dont overcharge you. Hairstylist was did a great job and so was their beautician Sunita. The facial was just fabulous, esp on my acne prone skin. This will be my go to parlour from now on.

Had an amazing experience at La Monzon recently. Went to get my hair coloured here and Chitto was my stylist. He took time to understand the kind of colour I wanted and totally delivered the same. Very much satisfied with the service and the staff were also so polite. Would definitely come back again.
