Lakme Salon Beltola

I took many services from lakme salon since a long time. Recently, I have been to this one. It is in the second floor of the building. I took 3 services: Threading, Hair Spa and Facial. All of them were done by a single person Nomita. All three of them were done really nicely. So you can see that these people are multitalented. I am happy with services and will surely visit it whenever I am here.

All the staffs are very gentle, well behaved,well experienced and expert in their respective fields. The place is very neat and clean

Nerver ever choose this saloon for personal grooming if u like to save ur hair and skin, especially seeing the name of Lakme.. Very poor services,, damaging the image of 'Lakme The Brand'.. Only one hair stylist is available who is trained on hair and skin both and he runs around all the customer attending everyone and damaging evey one's hair .. All other lady staff are just making there bread and butter by making the customer uncomfortable by all means.. The ladies in the saloon not even listen to the hair stylist who is engaged with any customer in a specific task. Any other saloon in Guwahati must be better in my experience rather than wasting our hard earned money and time on such frauds. The hair stylist damaged my entire hair and now I am ashamed to step outside my house or to go to my work with this worst look.. The hair stylist is the worst I had ever experienced in my entire life, he does not understand the requirement of the customer and then damages the entirehair or skin. When he is ticked for it, then he starts arguing and shouting at the customer,,, they are not even forcing the customer to pay in cash which again feels fishy as they must be over charging the customer. If I could have the facility to give rating in minus then I would have given minus one million rating.

Staff is super nice & well spoken, they're really good at everything. I always get my eyebrows done here. The salon is clean & decorated with cute litte plants :) Jojo who works there is very patient & does amazing work.

I visit here often..The hairstylist and other stuffs are very polite and their work is amazing. Special mention to Pintu Raja Kumar as he is the one I can depend upon when I need a good haircut. Overall my experience around this place is wonderful.

Visited this Salon for the first time and I am really satisfied with the service. My hair cut and styling was done by Dev who is a very soft spoken and an experienced stylist. The new hair cut has added a different charm on my face. Looking forward to avail more services in the coming months.

Very good services provided. Jasmine is a very welcoming girl and treats you like home. A very special mention to Gulshan, he is an excellent hair dresser, he gave me the haircut I wanted and just the finishing was amazing. My go to person for all my haircuts in the future is this guy for sure. Over all a very good experience.
