they have ruined my eyebrows twice now. What's worse is that they didn't even apologize properly. One of the staff members who messed up my eyebrows laughed after giving a half-hearted sorry--completely unprofessional. I'm never coming back here, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Never do smoothing here. I just regret it. The tool they used was not new which led my hair go worse. I don't know about other services because I haven't tried them but never do hair smoothing here as you are definitely going to regret it. I should have checked the reviews before going there.

I went for threading..but messed up my whole eyebrow shape but according to them..they just plucked out the "extras". Very disappointed.

Worst worst worst....experience. Good for nothing. The staff is not trained properly, doesn't have any idea about hair color, hair cut or styling.... Very unprofessional. Its just because of the prime location of the salon, people still visit this place.

I want there today for hair spa and it was beautifully done, I loved the staff behavior there, it was very professional and I liked the environment too

Doesn't have any knowledge to cut the hairs, will ask you to show you the photo of the hair cut and will ruin it to pro max...not worth a penny
