I've been visiting this Jawed Habib outlet for a while and generally had good experiences, but this time was the worst so far. I got a haircut, head massage, and cleanup--and I honestly didn't like any of it. The barber seemed completely unprofessional, more like someone from a roadside salon than a reputed brand like Jawed Habib. The whole experience felt rushed, careless, and far below the usual standard. It was a complete waste of money and definitely not worth it. Really disappointed, and I hope the management takes this seriously.

The facility is new and very well maintained. Very clean, spacious and located centrally. The owners and the entire team are very smiley, friendly and welcoming. They gave appropriate suggestions and recommended the best options. Very professional and patient during the service. I highly recommend!
