I had a wonderful experience at the salon and am very pleased with the results. My haircut and skincare services were exceptional, and I truly appreciate the stylist's patience while handling my toddler's haircut--it made the process much smoother. However, I was disappointed with the communication prior to my visit. The representative I spoke with over the phone did not clearly explain the details of the offers. Although she mentioned a haircut promotion, she failed to inform me about the "terms and conditions" attached to it. I believe better training in customer communication would be beneficial, especially when handling inquiries over the phone. Despite this, I was pleasantly surprised by the generous discount I received in the end, and I'm happy with the overall experience. I look forward to visiting again.

Bad experience,. While washing my hair after colouring the colour droplets fall on my detaned, facial face skin..when i told them they said it just water back home i can see spots of the hair colour,..very un professional.
