Premium hair and Spa Salon

I went to this salon because I had a good experience with one barber earlier who use to ask questions on the lengths and the styles that we want. But recently when I went there to get a haircut for my birthday they completely ruined it.. the male barber (good) was not present so in his absence there was another female barber (bad). She asked what I wanted and I said, I wanted a *trim* my hair from the back and a kinda layer cut from the front or maybe like a butterfly cut only to the front ..she got confused so she said show me a picture so for reference I showed her the picture and she just gave a glance at it and started cutting my hair very short from the back which I didn't wanted. When I confronted her about it she started to argue back with me and said this is what you wanted and showed so I did it.. she kept on going cutting my hair short and saying oh it's not short just look at the floor where your hair is.. But it was my hair and I have been keeping it long since childhood so who is she to Gaslight me on say I am being delulu.. I know my hair, I know it's length! After the hair cut was over she didn't even brush off the small remaining hairs from my body that got stuck off after ther cut. Had such a bad experience!! Never going back at this parlour specially because of that jackass female barber. Guys don't get you hair cut from the female barber.. my friend has similar experience with her like mine. If premium hair and spa salon want to keep you customer you should reconsider on that female barber. Otherwise it's good but yeah not going back!

I mostly loved the working staff there. They were very friendly and good behavior. Service is also good.

Loved the service but sometimes new employees are not trained well enough and they end up mishandling the clients otherwise I love their service and gestures.

Worst saloon in the city. Only the name is premium and service is aweful. But it was funny to see its comb being used since its inauguration.

I literally asked for a taper fade but they gave me mullet

First thing is the hospitality of the employees and I had my hair straightening their and its really awesome

Good service but the rates are quite on the higher side.

Loved the staff and the service . Best salon in the district .
