Suman's Makeover

I recently visited for a hair spa and facial, expecting a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, but unfortunately, it fell far short of my expectations. For the price I paid, I expected a premium experience, but the service felt rushed and poorly executed. He had no idea what he was doing. He didn't even clean my pores during facial. No steam was given in the hair spa. He didn't even know how to blow dry the right way. Suman lacked knowledge and professionalism. The products used during the treatment seemed substandard. My hair felt greasy instead of nourished after the spa, and my skin felt dry and irritated post-facial. I wouldn't recommend this place. P.S. Don't fool your customers. Btw, he charged me 4500, I paid 4k.
