This was my first and last visit ..very bad impression. Very bad services ,bad management, don't know how to retain their customer and charge very high price. Everythingis fake as it is shown here. Dont go by seeing this review..totally make their customer fool...better choose galaxy parlour they provide more better services than them and charge very less price them. This shows that you don't know anything about customer relationship and by the way m only ur customer who was coming from Badarpur with 2 kids who left their home from 11 o'clock and you only asked ro come after 2.30. I arrived their at 3o' clock and waited till 6.30 and I had return back also.and you are saying that I have no patience. Maam I want to say that you don't have any common sense and humanity that you asked kid to sit and left her crying for other customer, and moreover there were no rush only 3 and 4 customer was there. You don't know how to manage .moreover you said nice review ,I Wish to say that that review can be fake for your fake reputation of your shop. And if I have no patience I would deduct money for what services you provided but I didn't say NY words because it was festive season like others

Sorry to say but this beauty parlour has to be the worst experience ever. Very bad service. The timing was ridiculous ( they kept me waiting around for such a long time) We left this parlour with a headache from the stress we had there. Worst manicure my wife ever had - please it's an insult to charge what they did for the service received. The staff are unfriendly and an awful atmosphere. I would never return to this parlour. They are desperate for customers and I see why. Not recommended to visit.

They are using good quality products and maintain hygiene.They have reasonable price for beauty services.Specially Iam satisfied of their makeup technique, it's long lasting and obviously flawless .I like to visit this beauty salon.
