D2 Ladies Salon & Academy

I don't know how people are giving it a 5 star. I went for the first time to get a hair wash and setting. The worst hair wash and setting I had experienced in this salon. The workers are very unprofessional they say that you have problem in your hair whereas they are not trained properly to do any service. The hair style which I wanted they couldn't do it so they started to say my hair is frizzy that's why they are having problem. I am paying for your bad service you should be responsible for making my hair look good that is why people go to the salon but they have horrible service and they can't even do a simple setting. Worst salon. Waste of money.

I do my hair colour in this salon.... I have a fabulous experience on this salon... The owner n staffs r very good their behave are also very good.... I done my colour n it's look very nice..... Thank u for ur service.....

Good place for mutiple advance salon and services. The ladies salon is here and upstairs the have academy and services. Currently only the location is operational rest are in renovation stage. So all locations will be full operational soon. The rates are affordable but depends on the service you are availing for

I wish I had never stepped foot in that salon. That day turned out to be one of the worst days of my life. I am someone who is deeply sensitive and possessive about my hair. I've always had beautiful, long, nourished, and voluminous hair--something I took pride in. But when I visited that salon, they told me my hair was frizzy and had bad texture, all in an attempt to sell me their hair treatments like spas and such. I regret ever trusting them. All I wanted was a simple trim. But what they did was far from that. They chopped my hair so short, I can't even tie it now. People are laughing at me.I look like I've just stepped out of a mental asylum. The experience has left me so mentally shaken that I can't sleep. Now when I look in the mirror, I don't recognise myself. I know some of you might think, "It's just hair," or assume I'm making a big deal out of nothing, but for me, it's not. My hair has always been tied to my confidence, and now I feel like I've lost a part of myself. To make matters worse, this happened just before Durga Puja--the festival we Bengalis wait for all year. Now, I'm too afraid to step outside. I'm literally crying and blaming myself for going there. I know some people may think I'm exaggerating or just seeking attention, especially if they're regular customers of D2 Ladies Salon and academy, premtala opposite the Bata shop Silchar and satisfied with their services. But for me, this was a traumatic experience. It has disturbed me so deeply that I had to share my feelings. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to cope.

One must visit D2 Salon.. I did my hair cut here.. M totally satisfied with the service.. The staffs were friendly & kind. . The one who did my hair cut is such a talented person.. I loved the service.. Their rates are also very affordable.. Everyone must visit once, m sure u will visit always...

I feel like this is the best salon In Silchar. The hairdresser is very professional and does a PERFECT job. The rates here are also not very expensive and are pretty affordable. The behavior of the people there is also very friendly and respectful. Looking forward to visit again soon.

I really really appreciate the hardwork and dedication of work ... They all are so friendly in nature ...I liked the way they gave me the services ... Today I did my hair spa and threading , believe me it was juzt awsome ... Its my 5th time I went there to get the best services ... Thank you so much bhaiya , didi and the staff members...
