This is the worst salon I have come across in my entire life and the biggest thing that can happen is that the owner herself has no training at all..I visited the salon on 12 Jan 2024 for body polishing for the first time and from that night onwards I started having huge muscle pain ..the pain was excruciating and I consulted a medicine doctor but he was unable to detect the exact reason.it was 5 days later that I consulted a orthopaedic doctor and I did my X-ray and the first thing the doctor asked after looking at my X-ray was if I had done massage somewhere..and he told me that I was given wrong massage because of which I am suffering from cervical spine problem now.I know there's no point of asking back the money from these shameless people now as they will never accept.really the owner is playing with people's lives by doing thisy polishing was done by the owner herself..so I lost my money as well as my health.a pathetic salon really..the owner is so shameless mrs.Sudakshina Dutta that sge herself gave me false massage and now she is saying that she was absent whereas I can file a legal case against her and from her cctv footage only it will be proved she was present or not..and that woman is saying that pain is normal so she means that causing injury to someone is normal.I spent so much money in hospital visits and that stupid woman is saying that it's normal..there's limit of selfishness

Neisha pure L'oreal Unisex salon and spa beauty salon has been my go-to any type of hair treatment place since 2021.They did my facial treatments too with utter accuracy and perfection. This time again I went for Kera Smoothening treatment and the result is awesome. They all knew what they were doing, they were all great at their job and I love how my hair came out! Definitely recommend coming here The staff is friendly, warm, and cooperative.. Highly recommended salon in Sivasagar area.

got the copper red hair coloured as guided by the owner and there's no regret, it looks great, loving my hair, the beautician who helped me was great and professional at her work, got waxing done too, it was smooth. Overall, a very good experience! Thanks for the great service
