Yesterday, I visited the salon for a haircut and spa. Before arriving, I called to inquire about prices. They quoted 200 for a simple haircut and 800 as the starting price for spa services. Upon arrival, the girl began cutting my hair. When it was time for the spa treatment, I asked which option was included in the 800 price. She replied that it was the L'Oreal one. I opted for it, expecting a standard spa experience. However, the treatment was subpar. I received a brief 2-minute head massage, with no attention to my back, shoulders, or neck. Furthermore, the girl didn't even bother to style my hair after the cut. The billing process was even more frustrating. The receptionist claimed that the L'Oreal spa treatment actually cost 1000, leaving my husband and me stunned. Overall, the service was pathetic. I wish I could get a refund, as the experience left me feeling disappointed and embarrassed with my hairstyle.

Worst performing. I asked for Loreal hair color Shade 3 (dark brown) for my mother instead they put Shade 316 (Burgundy). Never visit. Not recommended. Never visit.
