Nirvana Beauty Lounge

Would not recommend this place at all. I went for an underarms wax, they did such a poor job. First of all they could not tell me what wax they use.....that is like the most basic thing a customer asks during a waxing session. Secondly the wax was a little too hot, burnt my underarm. Thirdly they plucked my hair with a pair of tweezers. Never have I ever experienced this while waxing. Usually the wax is enough to pluck everything out. And then the most frustrating part they charged my 350rs for this poorly done job. When I called they earlier during the day they said 100rs per arm and when I brought this up they said some other guy picked up your call. The staff is thoroughly unprofessional and the place seems to be overcharging for the quality of service they provide. Other places like sensation or edona does a far better job.
