Sensation Salon & Academy

I am writing this in response to the reply from Sensation Salon and Academy about the review I had posted about Sensation Salon and Academy a few days ago: Location: Sohum, 1st Floor, Main Road, Tezpur, Assam 784001. Date: 04/03/24 Time: After 2 PM Hairdresser: No information about the name, however there was only one male hairdresser that day. The original review I had posted is given below: "My sister visited this Salon last month to get her hair coloured. She had the worst experience and it completely ruined her hair! She strongly advises against getting hair colored at that salon. They are severely understaffed and lacking management and technical skills. They are also completely unprofessional. They did not have the colors she wanted, and the only person handling all the hair procedures was unable to bring out the desired color. The time estimation was significantly off, with the staff repeatedly lying to her that it would only take "just half hour more" for over 6 hours. The clumsy staff also spilled bleach on her mid hairline and clothes, including her boots, causing damage to both her hair and her clothes. Despite her request for the color to be left on for the standard 35 minutes, they washed it off after just 10 minutes and completely rushed through the crucial final steps. Moreover, the salon overcharged her. She had never paid more than 4000 rupees for hair coloring, even with bleach, elsewhere. However, at Sensation, she was charged 7000 rupees!!! And initially, they were asking for even more. She believes that authoritative boards should investigate such salons, and Google should consider implementing negative ratings for establishments with such poor service."

Best salon I went for my hair cut and it was done so perfectly. Overall experience was good. Staff of sensation salon are so good and so polite. I really like my service.

An unforgettable experience with Sensation Tezpur. I had come for Facial and was quite impressed by the services, the hygiene element and overall experience.

Didnt like your pedicure service today cause I could not see any appropriate products for De-tan pedicure. It cost 1800/- gst extra. Please try to have your proper products and then approach your clients with the service. Only marketing will not do. 1800/- with no proper products is not appropriate. Horrible experience.
