Extremely Disappointed with the Service and Pricing Miscommunication I had called a day prior to my appointment and clearly confirmed the pricing multiple times before booking. Based on that confirmation, I went ahead with the appointment. However, after the service was done, I was shocked to be charged more than what was originally communicated. The staff claimed it was my responsibility to clarify pricing with the waxing professional -- but that makes no sense, since I had already confirmed everything over the phone. Worse, the beautician went ahead and used a more expensive product without informing or taking my consent, and then I was forced to pay extra for something I never asked for. This was not just poor communication -- it felt deceptive and unfair. I trusted your staff's words while booking and expected transparency, not a last-minute price hike. Definitely not returning and would not recommend unless your team learns to value customer trust.

Go visit the salon without any hesitation. Services and behaviour of the staff are good and their hardwork and dedication towards the work are incredible good. So guys go and pls visit for enhancing your look....

Skilled and Attentive Stylist: One of a kind- Talented hair stylist cum Make up artist Sathi Das took the time to understand my hair type and desired look. She was patient, attentive, and truly listened to my concerns, resulting in a hair colour that I absolutely love. She blends different shades of hair colour to perfection keeping in concern to client's need. Supervises and takes hands on responsibility for each and every small detail herself may it be make up or hair style.

Worst experience. In the name of facial they used some disgusting product. No proper care during facial. They don't have trained staff and offering multiple service just for show off. They have made my skin worst and rough. I would never ever recommend this salon to my family and friends. Even the salon owner don't bother to check if their staff are handelling their client in a proper way. Simply running salon just for name sake.
