I had recently booked an appointment over the phone with N3 Hair & Beauty Unisex Salon. Since it was around 7:30 PM, they were about to close, so I had to visit again the following day. Upon returning, I had to wait a while as the salon was quite busy. I requested a men's long haircut. The stylist did a decent job--not bad, but not exceptional either. The cut was fine, but considering the quality, I felt the pricing was on the expensive side and a bit overpriced for what I received. Honestly, it's surprisingly difficult to find a stylist in Tinsukia who truly specializes in men's long hair. While the service was okay overall, I do hope to find a place with more expertise in this area in the future.

Recently I got my hair rebounding with keratin treatment. And I must say they give good service with friendly staff . My hair become smooth Thnkyou for the good service

Very unprofessional attitude. Confirm the rates before taking service. I went for a normal head massage and they recommended doing it with a cream and they charged around 1400/- . When I asked for the excess rate they have told they have done hair spa which is 800/- and 600/- for they have done the massage part. Whereas in the hair spa we get massage with required hair cream. And also they have not given me any steam and looks like they were not interested in hosting me properly. This unprofessional behaviour is not acceptable at all.

It was my first time had to wait for a very very long time. And the place smells very bad, smells like chemicals and yeah didn't quite had a great time plus the pedicure water felt a bit unclean cuz it was itching afterwards

Hii I am Nasima from Dibrugarh... I got a service from Akash on 12th November at N3. I have a problem with my scalp but he did my hair breakage treatment... I was also charged too high.. my problem is not solved but I am having a drastic hairfall.. when I told them they just gave the blame to me that I have some internal issues.. A customer goes to take a service to make the problem clear rather than not to listen about my issues... After using the products they suggested my condition became more worst..... The Manager Depen charged me 7000 and also didn't give me the bill... Really unsatisfied with the service.... Earlier staff were very honest and liable

I took a hair treatment service. I would never ever suggest my contacts not even to my enemies to this saloon as the management the manager Manwinder Singh Rajput is a failure in managing the saloon. He overlaps the appointments and fools the customers. They only look for their money making. They don't value their customers. Horrible service and pathetic management. Never ever step into this saloon it's a request...!!!

Service is good but I got hair cut and the charge for this haircut was 600 which is too much according to me.
