I have visited the salon several times and, unfortunately, my experiences have not been satisfactory. The staff often give the impression that they are providing services for free rather than for the agreed-upon payment. The receptionist, in particular, has been rude, and I have noticed that she sometimes leaves her area during working hours, causing customers to wait for attention. It's also been frustrating that no one calls upon another employee when it's clear assistance is needed, with each employee claiming they are too busy to help. I have been coming regularly every Friday for a hair wash, and I was surprised to see the price increase from 2.2 to 3.3 without any explanation. When I inquired about the price change, I was told it was due to the time and products required for a hair wash, which seemed unclear to me. Additionally, the pricing seems inconsistent across different services, with the costs changing each time I visit. I hope you can address these concerns, as I'd like to continue receiving services with a clearer understanding of what to expect.

The salon services are excellent, their work is meticulous, and the staff are extremely kind, especially the receptionist Sarah--she is very pleasant.

I really liked the nail polish and the manicure and pedicure but then they rushed me to leave and kept telling me to leave 3 times without properly drying my nails and most of it got damaged. Not going again.

Most of services are alright depending upon the availability because it's usually packed. For the services it's overpriced to be fair.
