Amazing staff!!!! Lovely vibe. Quite pricey but you get what you paid for, my hair is super healthy soft and shiny! I love the after results. I had copper red hair before and I went in for a balayage. Dyed my hair back to dark which I loved and then bleached and toned it. I also got a trim for the dead ends. My hair looks amazing!!!!!

I had an incredible experience with Maria today! She is an exceptional hairdresser with amazing expertise. She gave me a perfect hair treatment and provided me with excellent advice on how to take care of my hair, along with recommending the best products. I've visited this salon during their busiest hours, and I was genuinely impressed by how professional and organized the team is. Even with the crowd, everything ran smoothly, and all the clients looked relaxed and well taken care of. The services are top-notch, and the staff truly know how to handle pressure while keeping a smile. Highly recommended!

I recently had a very bad experience at the Salon, even though its not my first time. To be fair, the color turned out amazing but the experience doesn't suit the brand or natch the paid price. They really lack people skills and communication is very poor. At every step she would basically grab my hair, very aggressively, and start working without communicating whats happening or what she's doing. I even woke up the next day with a sore neck from the washing sink as they failed to provide a towel to rest on and I had to wait at the sink a long time. Very happy with the color but I wouldn't come back because of the overall experience.

Today 28 jan 2025 was the worst experience i had with this saloon due to how disrespectful brouna treated me. Her behaviour was unacceptable and very rude. She didn't complete what i wanted from a service and didn't even let me finish it by myself. She took all the tools in a rude way and wanted me to go out from the saloon, even though the other side of my hair is still not completed. I totally felt disrespected in my country because of her behaviour.

This morning I had a lovely manicure in Brazil Studio Salon by Fran, a friendly manicurist, that gave a high quality treatment. I was very happy with the results, expertly executed and thought the colour looked stunning! I also appreciated that Brazil opens at 9am, (as have noticed many Salons /Spa's open later). Brazil Studio Salon, (in Juffair), is a nice place for hair, nails and other treatments, it is just unfortunate that it does not provide massage service too. If it did, I would be happy to have all treatments done there, (hair, nails and massage)! For now I do recommend the nail treatments, and can confirm that Fran is a 5 star manicurist!
