JOJO Secrets Salon and Spa

I had an excellent experience at Jojo Secrets Salon & Spa, last 15th of May before my trip to the United Kingdom. The pedicure, foot spa, manicure with gel polish, and eyebrow threading were exceptional. The ever wonderful staff FAITH, who worked on my nails were professional and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect. I've received many compliments on my brows! Special thanks to the lovely receptionist Marian, who was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The salon's ambiance and cleanliness added to the overall wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

Best experience I had since long time , Chearful staff , I did my nails and eyelash lifting, the staff was so nice, they really made my day . Salon has reasonable prices as well . I recommend it and I will definitely come again

I enjoyed the 1hr massage from Suman, she's mindful, she gonna ask you if you want light, medium, or hard massage. The promotion is great! Budget-friendly! 5 star for the service and location!

Shocking. Booked an appointment. Arrived on time. No staff available for my service. Waited 15 minutes outside because there's no seating, still nothing. No reception, poor communication. Inside the "salon" is like a building site. Customer service is shocking. No apology or attempt to communicate the delay or expectations of when I would be seen.

All the services at jojo's secret salon are excellent and highly recommended. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The massage was extremely relaxing and refreshing while the mani and pedi plus blow dry were superb. Also they have amazing offers. Thank you so much
