Samo Salon

I have contacted owner of the salon if I can come right now while I was waiting for my dog haircut- she said yes, welcome. Because she confirmed I came and her staff told me "WE ARE BUSY! COME LATER!". They didn't offer me to sit, didn't say after how long time they will get free. Just careless answer come later. Unprofessional Team and unprofessional Owner. Advice to the owner:Do no promise if you are not sure if available and teach your Team proper hospitality and talking manners with customers.

Samo Salon is one of the most important women's salons that I went to and I loved their service and style..a respectable salon that appreciates the customer and treats him well even if he comes without an appointment.. Eyebrows and facial beautification services are carried out by highly skilled and experienced female employees.. Ms. Sunny is very skilled, her work is clean, and she has the ability to deal with any face.. She is good at removing tough hair from the face.. She does not get upset even if I do not arrive on time or postpone it or I went without an appointment.. and you treat me with all kindness and politeness.. The owner of the salon is respectful and the prices of the services are very appropriate.. the salon gives special treatment to permanent customers.. and the prices of the eyebrow and face cleaning service are very appropriate.. The salon is great..and worth a visit..

The salon is nice & clean, the owner is polite, the Filipino girls give great service & there are 2 nepali girls out if which one is really nice. The other Sani, is really mean & rude & has a lot of attitude. Just beware of her. You will easily recognize her. Always on her cellfone talking in Nepali. She mostly does threading & waxing but is very demeaning & cut throat & behaves like the boss. Her colleagues too detest her behaviour & so do clients who have shared with me. The only reason we no longer feel like patronizing this salon is because of this Nepali girl who does not even greet you when you enter there. Will miss the Filipino girls & Kopila & if we do go, it will only be when its Sani's day off.

I love this salon, cause their really good at their work no matter what u want them to do, they know better ! , their offer packages are really worth! I hope they expand the place! I prefer keeping this salon as my regular salon
