Extremely dissatisfied with this salon. I've been a loyal customer for a few years and I only cut my hair in this salon but it is safe to say that I'm never stepping foot in this salon again. I booked an appointment for simple hairstyling A WEEK in advance and on the phone they told us that there's only one hairdresser that knows how to do hairstyles and then they confirmed my appointment. When I got to the salon I showed the hairdresser the photo of the hairstyle I wanted (which was loose waves with a sleek hairline). At first she said she didn't know how to do hairstyles (which contradicted what they said on the phone) I was surprised to hear that a hairstylist doesn't know how to do loose waves and a sleek hairline! So when I enquired more, she said that she'll let another hairdresser do my hair wavy without the style and I agreed because I had a wedding and they wasted a lot of the appointment's time. Turns out, that the hairstylist overbooked herself and was working on another client in MY APPOINTMENT'S time slot! When I confronted her she was very rude and unprofessional and treated me as though I just came into the salon without an appointment. The hairdresser that they made her do my hair didn't even know how to part it let alone make it wavy properly. She also blow dried my hair and used the curling wand without putting on any heat protectants or serums. If there was an option of giving them 0 stars I would definitely do that. Worst experience ever and very unprofessional conduct from the staff which greatly disappointed me because I've known them for years now. Unfortunately the quality has significantly dropped and for that they lost a loyal customer

I always go to Ann for hair cuts and massages. Lately Liliy has been doing my hair cuts and she is an Artist. The massage service is top notch! Clean cosy and perfect and all their therapists are well trained and professional.

I had a really disappointing experience at this salon. I went in asking for just a trim, and instead, they ended up cutting my hair very poorly. I specifically told them not to touch my bangs, but they completely disregarded my request and chopped off a big chunk. Now my bangs are uneven and way shorter than I wanted. The staff didn't seem to listen to me at all, and I left feeling frustrated and unhappy with the result. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed with my haircut. I won't be returning and definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a good haircut.

Extremely Dissatisfied with Service I've been a loyal customer for years, but my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. Nok, who wasn't my usual stylist, cut my hair without my consent. Instead of the 1-2 inches I requested, she took a significant 6 inches chunk out of the crown of my head, creating choppy layers I didn't want. I expressed my preference three times, but she ignored my wishes. Not only did she ruin my hair, but she also claimed to be "evening out" my hair by taking off six inches!!!! This was a complete surprise, and I was devastated. I cried after the haircut because she'd disregarded my requests and created layers I hadn't asked for. This was the worst service and worst haircut I've ever received

They are great at cutting hair but I think there is a bit of a language barrier which leads to miscommunication regardless they are super nice and friendly and they cut hair so nicely the blowout after the hair cut was nice too!

Love this place. Love the ladies working there the massage area is gorgeous and the solo clean

The quality of the service has really dropped, last month I did a gel mani/pedi and they damaged my nails so badly they're flaking, as well as the gel polish peeled after a day. They also charged me more than the price on the board and then made a big fuss when I pointed it out. This week I went for a toner and they washed my hair without conditioner, then proceeded to cut it shorter than I asked, then blow dried it without serum, and rushed through the whole thing so that they can serve the person who came in after me. They still charged the same price as a 5 star salon.
