My hair is naturally curly, I booked for wash and styling. I was surprised that no one knows how curly hair is supposed to look like! First they washed, then one of the ladies started towel drying, she didn't even bother to brush it, I asked what are you doing then I never saw her again, another one came assured me that I misunderstood what they were trying to do and it will look great after applying product, she applied an insane amount of styling cream and it was all tangled and sticky, frizzed and wet. I said I dont like it then she disappeared. Another came and said maybe she didn't understand what I wanted they thought I was looking for wet look! They washed and styled again with foam and finger twisting "although I did call and asked if they do any finger styling they said no" and again when I mentioned it they were like maybe the one who picked the phone didn't understand what you were referring to. I left the salon with dripping wet hair because they said diffuser will make it frizzy. I let it air dry and it was really ugly, I was asking for nicely defind voluminous curls, what I got was just a frizzy mess for new years. I was first ignored then I was talked to like I was crazy, and scaring the staff that's why they were never coming back to me. The place doesn't have the basic tools and products for curly hair, they shouldn't have booked an appointment if they dont have the resources to deliver.

Had a great experience at the salon! Johnny, the owner, did my haircut and I'm really happy with the outcome. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Rita has been the most professional & pleasant hairdresser in my entire life. Friendly & an expert in her field, she has never disappointed even once. I have already referred two friends to her last month, and wouldn't hesitate recommending her to others. The only drawback is the high pricing at Johnny's, but they certainly provide valuable quality service each time.
