Dr Nada is amazing who treats patients well and results are great But the bahraini receptionist ( know her name but don't want to disclose) is a highly rude and unfriendly person .she was constantly on the phone with the other phone ringing and unattended.. I reached at 1225 for my 1230 noon appointment but had to wait until 1.05 to be called becos the patient details were only then sent inside. When i went to enquire how long will be the wait she was talking on the phone giggling..the other receptionist Iman was very polite and well mannered unfortunately she was not present the day n time I went. My suggestion would be fire this receptionist if you want anyone of ur patients to come back...she was constantly talking on the phone giggling and very rude.. ARTZONE CLINIC please take note you're losing a client !!!! We don't want to spend so much and get treated bad..there are plenty of clinics with great doctors and staff..

This is a difficult review in the sense that Dr. Nada Moustafa deserves 10 stars not only 5 due to her professionalism, medical ethics and marvelous aesthetic skills that never fails in providing head turning results that are subtle, natural and eye pleasing for the patient and anyone who looks at them. The one star is in honour of the heavy weight champion Bahraini receptionist who is unclear on her qualifications, job description and boundaries with patients. She makes it her mission to interfere with the agreed upon plan following consultation with the physicians by trying to impose unnecessary aesthetic treatments and services bullying patients and noticeably the highly qualified healthcare care into pushing those unnecessary services on to patients purely for financial gain. Ironically, she would be an ideal candidate for even a basic hydrafacial that is readily available at a competitive rate at the clinic to clear the hundred or so black heads on her nose.
