Loved the hair treatment! My hair feels so soft and healthy. They use quality products, and the place is really comfortable.

I had a shellac mani + pedi, which I was happy with. I was able to walk in and be seen immediately without an appointment. Whilst I was there a good number of people popped in. The team were friendly and efficient. Cost seemed reasonable compared to other salons I looked at, though I didn't do that much research. I'm only 1 day in, so we'll see how long it lasts. Update: 1 week in and several nails have peeled off so I'll have to get them done again. I don't think this is usual and would have expected it to last longer so dropped a star.

I have very hairy shoulders (hence my nickname Yogi Bear) - I went to Bella Salon & Spa for a waxing. Absolutely 100% professional and great service. I would highly recommend. I will go here from now on to have my shoulders cleaned. Thank you so much to the great staff.

Hi I always use Bella Spa in Jl Werkadura Legian over many years. I love the friendly, warm service from all staff. The host Putu is wonderful and I now consider her a friend. Cheers Kerry

I went there for a Waxing. The people (staff) are welcoming, although I cannot experience this waxing again. - There are 3 ladies here, and - manager is the only person who "can" wax. - The other 2 ladies are learning, so they just stare at you. - They only have honey wax. - Lighting is not proper, hence the spots are missed. - The wax was too hot. And after telling them so, they don't change anything. After I got burnt, I had to instruct on wax temperature all the time. - Their price was higher given that it was honey wax. In the end, I just wanted to get the work which was started to be completed, and then leave without completing the entire requirement. As I am visitor, I think it could be unusual for someone to wax in Indonesia hence they don't have experience in waxing. As for this place, I wouldn't recommend for them to run waxing as part of their services until they get proper training or staff to do it.

Had the aromatherapy and hot stone massage. Excellent pricing and service. Quiet at the moment as only just opened. Was hoping to have a haircut and colour but the hairdresser in not there just yet. Going to go back a few more times before leaving bali. Definitely recommend :)

Great place for a relaxing massage, very friendly and clean good quality massage I highly recommended, lots of other beauty services there also at a good price you won't be disappointed, and a lovely warung out the back with delicious authentic Balinese food also very cheap and tasty, the host Putu is very lovely
