I am very disappointed with the quality of the nail polish. The application was uneven. This is a management issue rather than a technical limitation. Proper training and scheduling should ensure that all services advertised by the salon are available to customers. If the color (white) is difficult for junior to do then should get a senior staff to do or inform the client in advance to change the color (but as a professional you should /can do every color you advertise) It's really waste the customer time to remove and redo again and even redo the results was only ok. The staff informed me that takes 1.15 hrs to do but it took almost 3 hours. I asked who is the manager and only the answer I get is to email to info email.

We had a wonderful experience at Esthetic Spa in Bali! I treated myself to a manicure and pedicure, while my husband enjoyed a relaxing pedicure and foot massage. The staff were incredibly professional and skilled--the masseuse especially did a fantastic job. Everything was clean, calm, and well-organized. Prices were very reasonable for the quality of service we received. We left feeling refreshed and pampered, and we'd definitely visit again. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience here. For a colorist, ask for Franz because he is a good hair color artist. I got a lift & tone customized to my hair type which is fine, dark blonde/brown. The products they use are ammonia free and very easy on the scalp, smell great and prices are affordable. Franz fixed some of the old color inconsistency and removed brass with a toner. Now it's a super light ash blonde as I like! I also got a cut that was done exactly as I ask with the diamond shape design for the back and ears. It's a super professional and cleanly place I will go back to and I recommend.

I love how this spa cultivates a calming environment. My mani/pedi was super relaxing and Gita and Aisha did an incredible job! They took such care and attention to my nails that they looked amazing even without polish. Speaking of of polish, I also love that this place has plenty of colors options - both gel and regular. Highly recommend!!

Had such a lovely time here, went with my boyfriend and both had a callus removal pedicure and I had a manicure too. They really got in and took away all the dead skin, and I loved my nail colour also! The service was perfect, and quick, and reasonably priced.

I got the Brazilian (Hollywood) and couldn't be more pleased! Every time I've had this done elsewhere, quite a few stray hairs were always left behind, so I assumed it was unavoidable. But my specialist was incredibly thorough--completely smooth, no hairs at all! I'm definitely coming back. Then at the end they gave me a ginger tea and it was absolutely stunning.
