I've just gotten my microbead extensions refitted by Tian. The experience was very enjoyable. My hair was looked after very well and was handled very gently with great care. Great aftercare advice was given also. I would recommend that you come here for extension care. The price is very good also! Thank you Tian :)

It's a really nice salon with a wonderful hair professional, his name is Tian, he did blond colour for my dark hair. Not in every salon in Bali they know how to do it properly. He applied the colour cream on my hair just like in European salons. And head massage was excellent

Went for a wash and blow dry and was satisfied. Nothing fancy but a good job. Regular dry and not really much styling but I was fine with that. Friendly staff - great value.

I was coming to just have a look but i decided to give it try to do my hair highlights. Rian who did my hair was really great he really knows how to position the hair extensions to make it look very natural with your natural hair. His skill is absolutely amazing. These guys do not know how to do black women's hair. They washed my hair with cold water, they didn't understand how to apply conditioner, they used a soft brush for my afro textured hair, and by the end of it my hair was smelling like papaya because the person who was braiding it was eating it while doing my hair and didn't wash their hands. They constantly kept pressuring me to change the hair style I suggested. They had the nerve to charge me $98. What a ripoff. This place is for Asian people and White people only. If you are a person of color, do not bother coming to this salon. They advertise African styled hair but they have no idea how to even wash and braid a black person's hair. It's already hard enough as a colored person to find salons that can do your hair but to advertise African styled braids while only knowing how to do straight hair is in my perspective an insult to people of my culture. The staff also kept making several culturally insensitive comments about how I as a black woman should straighten my hair to do box braids. They clearly don't understand how afro hair works.

I came to this salon for hair braids and believe me when I say that was the best experience I've in Bali salons they are so professional and kind with me offering me everything just to make me comfortable I would visit them again for sure
