Been here a few times for multiple treatments. The staff is very professional and I've always been happy with the result. They can do your hair, massages, cupping and eyelashes. I heard they will soon be able to do nails too, which I will definitely try. Would recommend!

Fitri did my lashes (volume 4D) and brow lamination<3333 I love them soo sooo much! She's always willing to make me feel good and comfortable with my lash requests. Definitely my go-to girl when I move here next year :P

I did maderotherapy, hair and my lashes here and i am so impressed by their work. They did a really good job. The best part is i get to do all this at the same place and it save my time

I went here for a last minute hair treatment before going to the airport. I had a wash and blow dry. She gave an amazing massage during washing my hair. She was very gentle with bij hair during drying and so sweet. The rest of the crew was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend them!!

Unfortunately, my experience at Sara Anna didn't meet my expectations. I specifically requested a D curl for my lash lift, but received a C curl instead, which didn't provide the lift I was hoping for. Afterward, the technician mentioned that they should have used a D or L curl, which was frustrating as I had mentioned this initially. I was disappointed that I cancelled the next creambath hair service. It is a shame because the vibe is good and staff are welcoming. Lash lifts can be uncomfortable, and it's not something I can easily redo. I hope the venue takes this feedback to heart and improves in listening to their customers' needs. Wishing Sara Anna all the best and hoping for better experiences in the future.

I went for a hair cut and got exactly what I asked for. The people were so lovely and the price was very fair! I would definitely return. To improve, it would be great if they used filtered water to wash hair but hopefully they can offer this soon.
