I just had a creambath and manicure treatment at this salon yesterday. For those who want hair or nail care, you must try here, I'm sure it will be satisfying.

Very very recomend!! The staff are so kind! Owner and the admin are fast and responsive. I dindnt expect much couse i just want wash hair but turn out everything is perfect they use good product and also dyson for doing my hair .. very lovely small salon i hope everyones give em a try

Unfortunately, disappointed! I chose this salon after reading good reviews online, believing it would be the right place for my somewhat challenging haircut, as I have fine hair. While the salon is cozy, and the staff is young and friendly, my experience was far from satisfactory. I made it clear from the beginning that my haircut was a bit more complex. The stylist assured me this wouldn't be a problem. However, it quickly became evident halfway through the process that she was struggling to achieve a good result. To my disbelief, I even had to assist with cutting my own hair at certain points. Eventually, we agreed to stop because it was clear we weren't going to achieve a satisfying outcome. Despite this, I was only offered a 10% discount. Being my last day in Bali, I didn't want to argue. Instead, I requested a simple eyebrow touch-up. While she was kind enough to do it, I later noticed under proper lighting at home that there were still several fine hairs left that could have been cleaned up better. Given the significantly higher prices compared to competitors, the use of basic shampoo products, cold water for hair washing, and the disappointing results, I cannot justify the cost. Unfortunately, I can only give this salon one star.

I've been going to this beauty shop regularly, and they never disappoint! Every time, they take amazing care of my hair, leaving it looking and feeling fantastic. My nails are always done perfectly--I've never had a bad experience. Coming from overseas, I was initially unsure about finding a place that matched the quality I'm used to, but this shop has been consistently great. Plus, the prices are super affordable, which is a huge bonus. I'm so glad I found this spot, and it's become my go-to whenever I need to look my best!

I came here to wash and style my hair. Very welcoming staff. The owner herself came to chat and gave me personal advice! The washing is a treat in itself, very gentle, they take the time and I almost fell asleep :) The styling: just great. Suitable for foreigners as they have the skills and products for non-locals. The salon is clean and stylish. I will be back soon to try the massage and nails. Thank you Umalas Beauty! Simone

I had hair spa treatment. The staff gave very slow and smooth massage which is my personal preference. Overall nice treatment, good staff, and cozy ambiance. Playlist is lit

I had my lash lift and tint done here back in January and my lashes still look absolutely amazing. After one month my lashes still look like I got them done yesterday it's amazing. The ladies were absolutely lovely and the ambiance was very nice and calming, I definitely recommend visiting!
