Truly disappointed -- here's why their ratings are so high (hint: they give discounts for 5-star reviews) We came in as a group of 5 around 3:30pm after confirming with them via WhatsApp that they could accommodate us. Some of us were planning to do nails, others brows or laser hair removal. They told us they could only do mani-pedis back-to-back (not at the same time), and we agreed--so this visit was fully on their suggestion and terms. Despite that, ALL the staff made us feel like we were a burden the moment we stepped in. One of my friends is local and heard them complaining non-stop in Bahasa, even swearing when new customers walked in. I understand the language too, and it was honestly appalling how unprofessional they were. My manicurist laughed and commented things like "she keeps dozing off" while doing my nails--totally inappropriate and unnecessary. Another friend showed a nail inspo pic, and the staff refused to even try to match the shade, giving her grey instead of brown. As for the quality: I asked for a square ombre pedi and ended up with my big toe looking like an inverted trapezium. Just look at the pictures. We wouldn't have minded if it was just one staff having a bad day--but when everyone is giving you attitude? That's a serious red flag. Save yourself the long, jammy trip (especially if you're staying in Canggu--this place is NOT worth the 25-min bike ride). There are plenty of salons in the area with better service and workmanship. For example, I had a lovely experience at The Rustic Sun the day before--completely different vibe and far better quality.

It was my first time here for a classic gel manicure and pedicure, based on the high reviews on Google. The place is very spacious and clean, and they offer a wide range of services. I recommend looking for ICA as she was very meticulous with my nails.

Had an amazing experience at the salon with Feby! She gave me the perfect manicure, paying attention to every detail and making sure I was comfortable throughout. My nails look flawless, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend Feby for her skill and professionalism!

Mermaid vibes 'yellow and ocean themed' the girls did so well with my Bali nails, I am in love thankyou. Definitely recommend, I walked in with 0 idea and love them!

I came with my friend to get my nails done, we got the same extensions option and I got nail design. I was very disappointed after I saw my nails. First of all if took way too long 2.5 hours. When my friend ( she got extensions, one color French tip, took around 1.5 hour) was done, my master was still just shaping the nails. She didn't wipe of the excess from the brush, and it made my nails too thick. The design wasn't that complicated either. All the stars are uneven and very messy. The rating for this place is very good, I guess it really depends on the master and seeing my friend's nail proves it, hers look so nice and accurate. The nail tech's name was Diwa or Duwa I think.

Unfortunately I'm not able to leave a good review for this place. What's important to know is that they give you a 20k discount if you give them 5 stars - probably influencing the reviews. I got my nails done with normal polish and the result was extremely uneven. My nails also turned orange/yellow after two days. **edited after comment: I never had this experience with regular polish in other salons - so do not think it's a general polish issue.

Got my nails done by Iga and Vegi, and they were amazing! Super sweet, super detailed, and really quick without rushing. My nails look perfect, and the whole experience was super chill. Definitely recommend!
