I would give 0 if possible. They burned my hair while getting a keratin smoothing and the hairdresser was like oh this is normal that you hair that is damaged gets worse. LIKE IT WAS BURNT. My hair was perfect when I came cause I just had a haircut a couple weeks ago (always had long hair) so no damaged ends nothing and I ended up with all the hair dry and all the from burnt. Everything started wrong when I booked an appointment the day before (cause they said you need to do one day in advance) for 9:30 cause I had another appointment at 1pm so I wanted to be sure I would finish on time. I arrived and the senior hairdresser (the one that is supposed to do the keratin) was not here and wasn't supposed to arrive until 12pm. They called her and she said the junior stylist would start the treatment and she was coming soon to do the important part( straighten it). She arrived at 12 and said that I need at least 30 min more(LIE, cause at the end I was 1.5 hour more). I said I couldn't be late for the appointment and she said I could go and come back for the 3rd step to be finished later. Did this (please not I'm staying in canggu and took a 50 min grab ride to get here, plus my appointment was 30 min grab as well which I had to do and come back). Came back, they continued with the treatment and it ended up like THIS (bellow for pictures) . Honestly I came this far because of the reviews but ended up being the worst decision ever. Paid 700k for this horrible service

Come to this salon more than 3 times and so far always satisfied with the massage. good massage with affordable price clean adorable looking salon I did also tried their hair styling services, manicure & pedicure which are price-wise same like other "known salons" but with much poor services and results are disappointing. Attached photo of my lil sis hands, I brought her to get the nails done but ended up got wounds all over her fingers.

The best salon in Bali!!! I did kerastraight for my hair and very satisfy with the result. And also i got my eyelash extension and brown done, the results are amazing. Very professional and friendly staff, highly recommended

The salon is absolutely beautiful and radiates nice vibes which allow you to fully relax while getting a treatment. We've enjoyed coming back here due to the amazing results and nice people! Getting your hair done is, for me, something that should be enjoyable - which it always is when I come here, and that's why I also always come back! Yesterday I got my nails done and they look identical to what I wanted! Attention to detail is absolutely amazing! The hair is always what I wanted and more! I'm super happy!
