The Shampoo Lounge - Sanur

One of if not the best hair salon in Sanur that offers excellent services and value compared to a certain Dutch sounding salon in Bali! Great quality staff who were friendly and knowledgeable! Keep up the excellent job and I shall be back!! Nice one....

I had an excellent experience at The Shampoo Lounge and would like to recommend Agus, an experienced hairstylist. He is not only skilled but also incredibly nice. The Shampoo Lounge offers a full range of services from head to toe. While I was waiting for my appointment, I enjoyed a pedicure and a 30-minute head and neck massage, both of which were done with a great deal of care. I recommend booking in advance and checking for great package deals.

Sublime. Yes it's more expensive than other places but it's completely justified. The service is wonderful, impeccable, and detailed. Had a spa manicure, foot spa treatment (with amazing foot, leg, arm, neck and shoulder massage) with pedicure. Feet were baby soft and the attention to cuticles was next level. Went back for a facial (with massage of course) and eyebrow lamination and tint, and was not disappointed. Would very highly recommend if you're after a special pamper.

It's the second city in Bali and it was a head and foot massage that I got recommended by my senior sister, and it was really cool. My right shoulder was severely lumped, and I got comfortable thanks to Illuh. It was the best massage I've ever had since I applied scalp and shoulder massage. It's a place I want to visit again when I come to Bali vacation next time and I want to recommend it. Iluh is kind and has the best massage, so I recommend this person if you visit here. It was my first visit, so he led me well and the massage was the best.

I just had a wash and blow at this establishment. My hair is long so I was charged for long hair which is much more than the usual price. Unfortunately the service was hurried and after washing the hair didn't feel clean. I entered the shop at 1230am and left at 1pm. I usually wash and style my hair myself when I'm home. i like to rush through because I'm doing it myself and I'm late for work. but even I can't beat shampoo lounge record time of 29-30mins.bear in mind, my hair is not short! This has got to be the fastest hair wash ever. So , not surprisingly, the hair didn't feel clean at all. When I gave This feedback to the reception she looked completely bored and there was no service recovery. I must say , the service in Thailand is so much better. Good or bad, they always focus on making sure the client leaves on a good note. Not shampoo lounge. It really left a very sour taste for me. Update: the owner of the salon has reviewed my feedback and offered a second wash and blow on the house. This time, the experience was good and the service recovery was commendable too. The owner has also assured me that they will be training the staff to be more responsive to feedback when it is given. I've amended their rating to four stars on account of their positive attitude and happy to revisit them next time I'm back in Bali.

I had the athlete massage for one hour and it was incredible from start to finish! Lidya was my spa therapist and she did an amazing job, was very attentive throughout and my whole body feels extremely relaxed and tension free. Would highly recommend! The salon is stylish and the staff are all incredibly friendly - brilliant service!

My wife stopped by for a treatment, cut, facial, pedicure, and manicure. Wonderful place, staff were amazing and my wife was well looked after. I even had a facial and some waxing. 24/12/2024- Had a nice shave, haircut and treatments. Still as good as ever. Highly recommended

We had such a great time, we walked in to ask about braids for my daughter not expecting they would be able to do it that same day. The service was fantastic, not only did they take her through straight away they were so kind as to fit me in for a pedicure too.
