I would give 0 star if I could ********** please be aware that if you get your gel nail done in this shop , it stays only 2days or even less . I came with cared nail from another shop So what i needed to do is just apply color and do design . It took 2 hours and price came higher than what the staff told me at first But I paid anyway. I liked my nail till my nail fell within 2 days . I contact salon to get solution They only said I should come and they can fix it . But I am in another island now and I didn't expect my nails could fall within 2 days . Also even i go there to fix it , it would fall again . ( only 1 finger survived, 9 nails are gone ) Owner said I did activities that is why my nails fell. But what I did last 2 days was eating, getting food massage that is all. I did my nail for long time and it's funny that owner try to blame customer . If you are really nail salon owner you can't say that gel nail can't stay 2 days if u do activities . even i didn't do we all know that real gel nail is stronger than we think. Anyway I will not take my time longer than this since they are not willing to fix this . I just wrote this to inform another people might expect good gel nail from this salon .

Lovely ladies and service. Although I really appreciated the thorough and detailed manicure with gel polish extensions, the whole service took 2 and a half hours. No art only French tip. I am very happy with the outcome of my nails but I don't think it should have taken that long ESPECIALLY since I had two girls, both doing one hand each. On that note, the girl doing my left hand accidentally filed so hard on my nail that she filed my skin away. Doesn't look as bad in photo but the skin was raw at the time and was soooo painful when put under the UV light. Decent price too

took 2hrs for acrylic refill. the nail polish recommended needed 3 coats therefore my nails are thick. finished at 7pm and didn't see them in natural daylight. but the next day I see they are patchy, bubbly, have air gaps under the polish also two days later one nail has lifted. terrible and at 47500 was expensive. lady who did nails was sweet so gave her a

Absolutely loved my experience here! The ladies were super sweet, welcoming, and really listened to what I wanted. My nails turned out exactly how I imagined--so happy with the result! I'll definitely be back.

Workers were very nice but it took 3 hours to just do the base of the nail not even the design & toes. Had to leave because I had plans. Usually it would take maximum 2hrs for nails to be completed & toes to be done too. The job was not done very good and still costed 576k. The girl doing nails must have been training but should have told me because I've never waited so long in my life getting nails done before.

Great artwork, really lovely salon and environment! Staff are so lovely, 10/10 recommend if you are wanting to get your nails done around Bali!!!

Very comfortable nail/ hair spa. Did gel nail polish and it looks so good. The staff are very nice and polite. They have a lot of variety for gel nail polish. They have other services as well like nail extensions. Have to make appointments before you come in. They respect their customer's time. Will totally reccomend my friends!!!

On the first day, I had my acrylic nails filled in at the nail salon. Since the acrylic powder didn't match my current nails, it was clear that color work would be necessary. I was okay with this, as I was told my acrylic nails were still in good condition and didn't require a full new set. However, I noticed right away during the application that the technician seemed inexperienced and somewhat unsure. Despite my trust in her, I was disappointed with the final result: the nails were very thick, and the outcome did not meet my expectations. Additionally, I had to pay about 35 euros, more than initially quoted, which I accepted, given the technician's apparent effort. After three days, the polish began to chip, and by the fifth day, the polish had almost completely peeled off from the tips of my nails. I contacted the salon, sent a photo, and requested a solution. The salon offers a mere three-day guarantee, which I find insufficient. Since I was already traveling and could not come back in person, I hoped for an alternative resolution. Despite multiple conversations with the "manager," no satisfactory solution was offered except to come back in person. I ended up having the nails removed in another city because no one wants to deal with such poor-quality nails while on vacation. Given the price and the entire experience, I find it extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
