The behavior of the salon is absolutely terrible. I got my bridal makeup done here about almost two years ago and they particularly judged me every single second. They also commented badly about every single choice I made for my wedding look. They also misbehaved with my mother when she couldn't open the outer door to go out by saying " Ekta dorjao khulte pare na". The makeup looked horrible and the hair looked absolutely horrendous. I asked them to fix it but they didn't, instead they threw bad comments at me. When I asked what can be done to make my hair a lil better they said, " apni dekhe ashenni amader page theke ki korte hobey? Eigula age decide kore ashey amader shob bride." They didn't even check once if I needed anything after I got up from the chair to view in the mirror. I complained to their Facebook page, however they tried to put the blame on me by saying that the manager saw me smiling after I got ready, so I'm complaining for no reason. The behavior of the main makeup artist was absolutely terrible. She did my makeup alongside another bride, which is unprofessional--what kind of salon does that? Their attitude towards clients was awful and completely ruined one of the most important days of my life. Not only did my bridal look fall apart after just four hours, but the hairstyling was also bad. They treated me, my mother and sister very poorly. The owner even pinched her employees multiple times simply because my sister's hair straightening was taking longer than expected. It's been three years since my experience, but after reading other reviews, it's clear that they haven't changed their behavior yet . I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Don't ruin your day by going to this parlour

I went there for doing a Keratin Smoothening. My hair was treated before and a bit damaged. One of them asked me to do Canvo deep shine. I was convinced even though it was over my budget yet I wanted thr best for my hair. Then when I sit for doing my hair, they tell what do I use for my hair. When I said Tressemme sampoo they be like oh no thats why your hair is damaged, we can't do canvo, you should do Omega keratin which was double the price before. They literally scammed me saying other treatments will melt my hair after ironing. I was again convineced. Unfortunately. I paid on spot and did omega just to see an improvement to my damaged hair. Trust me, when I came back home, after a few days my sister said your hair doesnt look like having a treatment. Its been two months, my hair is the same rough maybe more, hair breaks, no shine and nothing. My hair is just awful after spending so much I know Omega is the best treatment, but obviously not the best when you take from this illiterate salon who just scams people.

I did my akth make up in 10 th jan. The behaviour of the saloon is absolutely not welcoming. The hairstylist was soo bad. The entire time she was speaking weirdly and didn't even bother to hear what I wanted to do. Ended up doing as per her wish. The makeup base was very caky. The nail polish applying was even very bad. Absolutely not recommended and again the person doing the hairstyle needs behaviour class. Super bad and disgusting attitude was showed by her.

Very good environment, well behaved, neat and clean, excellent service. The salon has a very reasonable price range compared to its environment and services offered. I went there once and would like to revisit next i need ti go to a salon. Residents living in monipuripara, tejkunipara, parliament house area and near by can certainly choose it while looking for a salon.

Hi apu With due respect I took party makeup for 6.5k+600 for nails+ 500 for dupatta draping. And I haven't complain that I wasn't given bridal base or something like that. I complained what ever service I got wasn't done properly. I think 7.1 k party makeup or any makeup needs a good base not cakeky. But my makeup was soo patchy it looked soo bad. Despite my makeup the hairstyle was the worst. And I paid extra for nail polish and the nail polish was spreaded over. I came home and corrected it with remover. No party makeup deserves experience like this. Any make up or service clients choose should have been done properly. The saree drapping was even loose. I think the employer isn't much concentrated on the clients. They simply is good enough to ruin clients day.

Doesnt have good service or understanding. Manager doesn't speak even when requested for, several requests where bluntly denied even when seeked for special reasons. Doesn't have computer or keep data or even a booklet for receipt storage. Treats local customers without respect or considerations.

I took the Hydra facial. It was terrible. They don't know how to massage, how to keep hygiene or even how to wash your face. My money is just wasted, nothing else. Any local parlor would do better than them. Faltu
