Review: Extremely Disappointed - Unprofessional Service and Rude Staff I had a very unpleasant experience at this parlour and feel compelled to share my thoughts. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed disinterested and unwelcoming. The staff lacked basic courtesy and professionalism . When I politely pointed out an issue with the service, their response was dismissive and rude, which made the entire experience even more frustrating.Hygiene standards were also disappointing, with tools and towels not appearing properly sanitized.Overall, I would not recommend this parlour to anyone. There are far better options where customers are treated with respect and given the quality of service. Lastly I wanna say that they even don't deserve one star...

Though they look fancy from outside, very unhygienic from inside. Despite asking them to wash the comb before cutting my hair, they lied outright saying it's already washed. Then I looked around and saw they are using the same equipment across all clients without changing or washing combs or other equipment between customers. What's the point of paying so much money if they can't maintain hygiene. You are literally paying for catching infections there. Girls, please make sure you tell them about cleaning products between customers. If they don't listen, just walk out. we are paying for a service, not for infection.

I will give it 0 stars truth to be told. Terrible services for Mani & Pedi. Untidy, unhygienic, unprofessional & uncomfortable experience. No proper tools, rooms or communication regarding the service. Customer interaction is null & didn't inform about service policies properly. One of my nail needed acrylic work which they didn't bother to offer. They kept talking among themselves. Used cloths to wipe out both arms & legs, the same was used to wipe the arm chairs & were re-used on us. Never ever visiting that trash or recommending it to anyone.

Their behaviour is too awful. Ppl go to beauty salon to rest to feel good but the 2 girls in the desk were disgustingly rude and weird.

Haircut was good. Listened to my preferences and worked according to those. Professional behaviour.

I had both good and bad experience with Aura beauty lounge. I had manicure, pedicure, facial, and hair oil massage with hair cut. My facial, pedicure, and manicure was done very well. However, their employees lack professionalism. They had dropped a whole bowl of pedicure water over my foot, and not one person bothered to say sorry or clean up the mess. My experience was even worse with my hair cut. I requested a U cut with blended layers. The lady who cut my hair just did a U cut and finished her duty. When I politely mentioned to blend the edges, she was irritated and mentioned it's not possible with U cut haircut. Finally I requested to straighten the front of my hair. Which I was rudely denied, since she had already more than she was supposed to do. Their beauty lounge can definitely try to improve their customer service level.

Worst salon to exist!!! I went there for my hair cut, pedicure and hair treatment. The behavior of the staff is unimaginable and I had to leave the place for it!!! Didn't even bother to do pedicure or hair treatment after the worst possible hair cut. On top of their awful service, their behavior is horrible!!!! Not going ever!!!
