I have been going there at least once every 3 weeks. I love their manicure pedicure services ( 1 star well deserved). The staff who did mani pedi were alllll nice and would talk to you ! But, I went there for my eyes brows 2/3 months ago, when they just opened, I regretted, it looked like I did it myself. Massages are okayish Today I had the worst experience, I had to tell the lady to do the eyebrow again and again. I told her to keep the length of my hair, she cut it half and said << it's the same length >> I have curly hair so I didn't want it short. And the haircut isn't even a haircut I look like a man with long hair I recommend this place for their mani pedi. But nothing else.

Today I had the worst service ever in parlour world today... and its just about the management issues I believe....I went there at 6.50pm and took 2 service... saree and blow dry .... My service ended at 7.23 so after me service I was doing light make up by my own .... Putting eye liner... suddenly thay switched off the AC and there was no fan as well ...there were no other customers ... and i asked them that give me 5-10 min ... amd I will leave as my car will come by then ... as they close at 8pm it was also in time but they didn't allow me stay so i came put at 7.31pm .... I hv no idea how any parlour management cud do this to a customer with this type of instructions to its staffs ... really surprised and shocked.... may be u had ur own clients to serve... may be it was just a bad experience with me ... hope management solve this issue so that no one else get this experience in future .....
