Good thing this app doesn't allow to rate under 1 star. If it did, I would given it a -5 I went their for a simple haircut only. Waited for 2 hours. That's fine too, I thought maybe the stuffs were fully booked with clients that day, couldn't find any time. When I was called finally to get a hair cut, I understood the real cause. Got a layer hair cut, and it took 45 minutes to get it done. On top of it, the staffs were so rude and uncaring, it took a lot of willpower to not just get up and leave. The length I instructed her to cut, she thought it would be so nice to triple the length of what I asked and cut it! And of course, it was uneven!! Couldn't even tell her that, cause if I did, she would have chop it off by inch more!! Of course. Overpriced according to their service!

Review for Essence Salon in Bashundhara I recently visited Essence Salon in Bashundhara for a facial and eyebrow threading, but the experience was disappointing. Not well maintained and while doing my facial they staff was rude . I observed another client waiting for two hours, which was frustrating to witness and added to the sense of disorganization. It took 3.5, hours for the staffs to do only my eyebrow threading and facial. I was personally left waiting as well, and when I inquired, the staff explained, "Malik nei bole bhalo service dichena" (meaning, "They aren't providing good service because the owner isn't present"). This lack of professionalism was a major letdown. Additionally, the staff were unwelcoming and unresponsive. I requested tea but was only offered water, with no response or explanation. The eyebrow threading wasn't done as I wanted, which could have easily been avoided with a little attentiveness. One positive note was the ozone treatment, which I enjoyed and found beneficial. However, given the rude behavior and poor customer service, I don't plan on visiting again. Essence Salon needs to work on its service quality if they want to retain clients.

horrible service. i went there to curl my hair but the girl who curled my hair was very bad at it. her behaviour was also very rude. she didn't even put heat protection spray on my hair. i showed her the picture of the curl i want and she said she can do it but ended up ruining it. i talked to some other women who went there and they said the service of this place is very bad and it was proven as well. the staff is very unskilled at their work. won't go there again.

I have been going to this parlour for over 5 years now. I feel like their charge is comparatively lower than other places but service is good. Recently they have increased their space and trying to give better quality services.

Messed up my eyrbrow. The person who did was not even apologetic about it. I did meni pedi and eyebrow. The amount they r charging, can go to way better places like persona. Powder roor. La belle. This place is not even hygenic. Do not recommend at all
