Wasted my money on Spa Mani -Pedi and Herbal Facial. The entire environment was unclean. They used some old used towel on my face and hand which instantly gave me rashes. So disappointing. Won't recommend for facial. Also the service provider were rude and noisy. Won't recommend.

Same building as the Bread and Beyond. It's a little difficult to find, but the parlours inside environment is very nice and soothing. Their massage, hair spa, facial, and waxing all are quite reasonable, and the service is top-notch. Loved every time I visit this branch. They know how to satisfy a customer.

This is a substandard overhyped dirty place. You can have better experience at your local parlour. They keep their AC switched off. It's a mess. They should remove the word "salon" from their name . You can waste your money here and get a headache. Very disappointing place. I don't know how they are running in an area like Gulshan . Nothing comfortable or luxurious. Not even Basic . Go to Persona Baily Road or call Shebaxyz for parlour service. Way better experience.

Amazing service. Went there for the first time ever today. Loved how friendly the staff was. On top of it, the massages and waxing were absolutely. The service provider women was very keen to provide me with good service. I kept on asking if everything was in my liking, and she gave me The Best Leg wax ever. She was even looking for single strands very carefully after completing the whole waxing. Overall, it was an outstanding service. I'm definitely going back next month.

I am very much disappointed with the overall service. The employee aren't well-behaved, actually non cooperative. It seems they provide good care to their known customers only. The parlour is very congested and has poor maintenance. They aren't willing to give proper service to the customer. I had the feelings that it's only run by its brand name, and mistakenly, I was there to waste my money...

It's really pity that I had to rank the gulshan brunch with 2 star. I am their customer since 14 years and always go to their their dhanmondi brunch. I was amazed with their service and behaviour from dhanmondi brunch. Recently I have visited 2 times the gulshan brunch and the service at the front desk was really disappointing. They have charged me for aromatherapy with steam bath with 4200 bdt , where they can not provide the steam bath. When I mentioned that normally i took the similar service without steam bath and cost me 3500 they said oh sorry we forgot that we do not have steambath. As we can not give you the money back, we can offer you a voucher. In the mean time got a hair cut from their dhanmondi brunch and make my hair short and the length is shorter then sholder , which their hairdresser named as a short hair cut. Next week a went to their gulshan brunch and wanted to use the voucher. They charged me 1200 bdt for an hair pack which was for midum hair length. I was wondering what did I do that in 1 week my hair grows from short to midum in the same parlour but in different brunch. It's not done yet . In the gulshan brunch they were literally pushing me to took an aromahair hair pack or something which is not my regular one and expensive then the normal one. I refused cause I follow my hair pack routine in farzana shakil. They didn't like my decision and i could see on front desk ladies face. She ended up giving a instruction to the othet lady and i could see that they gonna give me a cheap service on their face. So that lady gave me a dry hair pack which was not sitting properly even though the lady was applying with her hand. Once I mentioned this not the same pack what I get from dhanmondi brunch, that one is more moisture and the apply with brush instead of hand she said this is the one we apply for normal pack . If you want to use brush and more moisture you need to get the expensive one . Here again my question would be whyp have same name same price but different service and different product in different brunch. My summary would be avoide gulshan brunch if you do not want to get ripped off and bad service. ( this negative reviews credit goes to the front desk lady)
