Gala lives up to the hype. From their aesthetic setting to their comfortable seating, I was happy with my spa services. They really took their time with my mani, pedi, and face polish. I like how well kept the place is, serene and soothing too. This is the Gulshan-1 branch. Their herbal facial is one of the best, in the city. Highly recommended. To brides who would like to avail the in-house artists, I did my akth look from here for 15k. My suggestion is that the makeup and saree draping were all top-notch. But the base didn't last long, and by the end of the event, I had to keep powdering my face, and the makeup seemed a little cakey. But for 15k +4 k for morning brides, I was really happy with my look. My mum was happy with her look too, but my sisters makeup really fell apart within a few hrs and was disappointing. We paid 5k for each. +300 for hijab setting. It has now become my regular spa, and I find the place up to my standards with high-quality services. The artists who did my makeup were extremely cooperative and kind throughout. 4/5

Gala is so far one of the best salons undoubtedly. I've been coming here since 2021. But there's this one staff named Moushumi, an old lady, she's the worst. There are two Moushumi (the young apu is the best tho) Anyway, I didn't want to be rude, the first time she gave me bad service which includes cutting my cuticles in a very aggressive manner, there was bleeding. I forgot to ask her name, so unfortunately got her again for the second time the next month. Her facial skill was also bad, she kept on hurrying with the steps. That time I complained to the manager. After 3 years, today unfortunately once again I got her as I didn't mention at the front desk. She can't even do proper waxing and was very careless with the waxstrip. Kept missing spots, when I asked her to do those again, she said, "apnake to check korte bolsilam." I am just highly disappointed man. My bad luck.

Don't recommend coz of managements behavior! I have been a loyal customer for more than 8-9 years, but I'm deeply disappointed with the recent changes in service. The behavior of the management has become an issue, particularly when Navin Apu's mother-in-law visits the parlor. I've noticed that when she is there, the staff seems more focused on providing services to her rather than to other clients. This issue became especially evident during one of my special days when I had pre-booked services for myself, my mother, and my sister with specific staff members in mind. However, upon arriving at the parlor, I realized that the person I had requested was instead attending to Navin Apu's mother-in-law. This was incredibly disappointing and showed a lack of professionalism. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've encountered such behavior. While I've previously given positive feedback because of my loyalty to the parlor, I now feel that the quality and behavior or management has declined over time. I hope the management understands that customer satisfaction should always come first.

I recently visited Gala, and while the makeup artist was skilled and worked efficiently, the overall experience fell short of expectations. There was a long wait for the hairdo, which could have been managed better. Additionally, the staff seemed to get irritated when asked to make slight adjustments to the makeup or hairstyle, which was disappointing. I believe there's room for improvement in customer service and ensuring the process runs smoothly. It would be great if more attention were given to making clients feel comfortable and meeting their preferences. Hoping for a better experience next time.

One of the best salons in Dhaka. Their services worth every single penny. The ambiance is just perfect for a relaxing spa day.

Nothing beats the "Gala" experience for me at the Gulshan 1 branch, I thoroughly enjoy all their spa services and the ambience is excellent. Ironically other renowned salons charge more for the same services but the quality and ambience is subpar. My only qualm about Gala are their receptionists. Their professionalism and attitude needs improvement, since they are the first and foremost impression when entering, I think they should be more friendly and helpful. P.S: Please note my review is specifically for their Gulshan 1 branch, their Gulshan 2 branch is absolutely terrible.

Always love the sophistication of this place. And it goes without saying that they give the best and the most professional service. Always my go to place for stress releasing.

I've gone to so many renowned Salons for facial but Gala is the best so far. Real value for money.. I just loved their service I took Deep clean facial it took 1hr there were so many steps also the staff behaviour was so nice. 100% recommended
