Wife had a great experience here. A bit on the pricier side but that's expected from a boutique salon. She had quite a few services done and said they're very gentle and take their time. The body massage was her favorite.

I just randomly went to Kaya & l am so glad that l did. The place is beautifully decorated, the atmosphere was very pleasant. I had meni pedi done, their service is amazing & very well priced. Surely will be visiting many more times. 100% recommended.

Kaya Beauty Studio is a small new salon in Gulshan, located inside an apartment. Went for the first time too mani-pedi and one of their luxury facials. The facial product quality used were good but the staff seems to be in a rush while massaging and servicing, could be due to eid time. However, the rush and quick handling during facial doesn't make it relaxing and an experience like what it should be for the price. However, they do a decent job in cleaning the face, also included a quick hand and foot massage. Again, it is a very fast work so couldn't find it stress free.

My haircut is exactly what I wanted, and the hair color turned out stunning--vibrant and natural-looking. The staff is friendly, professional, and skilled. By far the best beauty salon in dhaka! I have tried pretty much every salon around and Kaya is the only one I keep going back to!! Starting from their hot oil massages to pedicures and facials everything is great. I even colored my hair and they didn't use any bleach and the quality was so good! Moreover, the girls are so nice and take such good care while they provide the service!

I had a very good experience at this place. The staff were courteous and their work was really good. The price was a little steep but their facilities were very clean and their practice was very hygienic. I was very impressed at the interior design.

Absolutely awful experience at Kaya salon. I went in for a simple mani-pedi, expecting basic professionalism, but instead, I walked out with injured cuticles and nails cut way too short. The staff was extremely rough, showing zero care or skill. This isn't even the first time--it's the second time they've injured my cuticles, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the atmosphere was anything but relaxing. The staff wouldn't stop chatting loudly the entire time, making it impossible to unwind. I don't speak the local language, but it was painfully obvious that they were gossiping about clients--including me. It's incredibly unprofessional and just adds to the overall unpleasant experience. This place is unprofessional, careless, and straight-up rude. I will never be coming back, and I strongly advise others to avoid it unless you enjoy painful treatments and a toxic environment.
