Their service was absolutely terrible. The barber had an arrogant attitude and was not professional at all. It took around 35-40 minutes to get my haircut, and in that time, he stopped at least 10-12 times to talk on the phone, play music, and go inside to chat with others. Honestly, even a local salon provides better service than this. They don't care about their customers at all and just do their work halfheartedly. I was extremely annoyed because for every minute of cutting my hair, he spent 2-3 minutes doing something else. It seemed like he had no interest, focus, or enthusiasm for cutting my hair. On top of that, they had a water shortage that day, so despite charging me for the package, they didn't wash my hair. However, they managed to arrange water separately for their regular customers. In short, I cannot recommend them in any way. Service: 4/10

Talking about Khilgoan branch. Do not waste your money here. The only positive aspect is the decoration. The staff is inexperienced and unprofessional. I strongly urge you not to waste your time or money on this saloon.

I take 700taka package for hair and beared. But They waste my 2 hours after cut my hair they just again take me floor 5 for facial and waste my 1 hour in waiting.

They served pretty good service with good behavior. Especially the complimentary facial. I didn't expect to get a little bit of body massage with it.
