Makeover Finesse by Farhana Chaity

Since COVID, i haven't really been to any beauty saloon (its almost a long 5 years), and today here I am, at Chaity Apa's Makeover place. I took Parafin Pedi-Menicure, Active Fiber Hair Treatment, my daughter colored her hair, did mehedi art on her hands. I am extremely happy with the services I got. They are very professional yet extremely cordial at the same time. They maintain proper hygiene and follow a systematic procedure. If you ask about their pricing, Overall, i feel that their prices are quite justified compared to their service. I wish them all the success.

This was the second time getting my hair colored here. Skilled and sincere staff. The owner has great inputs. Wonderful environment. Everyone makes sure the customer is comfortable. Had tea, coffee, snacks, and the color I wanted. 10/10 will go back again.

Absolutely Amazing Spa! I absolutely love this spa! Their services are top-notch, and the experience is always so relaxing. The waxing ladies are incredibly gentle and sweet, making the process smooth and comfortable. The staff gives the BEST massages--I always leave feeling refreshed and stress-free! Everyone here is so warm and welcoming, and they always make sure I'm comfortable and enjoying my service. I also love how attentive they are, always willing to adjust if I need anything customized. It truly feels like a place that cares about their clients. Highly recommend!

Worst experience ever! I went to this salon for dark ash highlights, and it turned into a total disaster. Instead of just doing the highlights and same black base, they colored my roots BROWN! The result? My hair looked like I had put henna on it--1-inch red roots and orangish highlights on black base. Seriously, who does that? When I asked them to fix it, they acted like this is fine. In the mean time The owner came in shouting about why they didn't take photos for promotion first (???), making the whole situation even more awkward for me and the poor girl fixing my hair. Instead of addressing the problem, they just redid a few visible strips to "patch it up." At the salon, at that time was confused due to their lighting , but when I got home in daylight, the brown roots were SO obvious. My full head was supposed to be ash, and black but the roots were completely off. I went back to get it fixed the next day, and they had the audacity to blame me for not checking on the same day. It was not even 24 hours !!!! Then, they charged me an extra 2k to fix their mistake! Unbelievable. I was short on time and couldn't argue, so I paid, but the whole reason I got the ash highlights--to camouflage my grays--was ruined. Third-class service, unprofessional attitude, and a complete waste of money.1st time my experience was better , thats why went this time! Seems like they will give you a service but they are not okay to fix if there is any issue! So it is your luck you have to depend for their services! Never going back. Done and dusted!

I chose Grace over Glamour and she nailed it! When I decided to write my story of life in a different way, I made up my mind to have Farhana Chaity apa to be part of my story. I have been observing her craftsmanship equally good on grace and glamour. On our first consultation I told her that I never saw myself as a bride before. Being a bride is very precious moment of every woman's life. It would be more special to me as my daughter will look at me not as her mother, but at a happy bride. I want to set an example to my daughter that marriage is one of the most beautiful and happy things of life. I want her to be dolled up with me and we both want to cherish this moment. Every bride's face tell stories of their beauty, dreams and happy moments and I wanted too with the natural grace. When Chaity apa (also my cadet college senior) did the makeup on me, I enjoyed how she focused on my personality and valued my preference. Though I was just sitting there with my eyes shut most of the time, I enjoyed communicating with Chaity apa about shades or shapes and exploring them. Yes, she brought out the best of me without any 'extras'. Thank you Chaity Apa for your love and care to make my story more colourful. PS: I got my certificate from my daughter: "Ma, I want to look like you...".

Very very satisfied with the makeover at Finesse by Farhana Apu. I am a Chinese race, and it is my wedding today. Instead of having a full Bangladeshi wedding look, we want to look natural make up, and we have mentioned lots of specification to Farhana apu and team, they actually listened to my request and brought out my most beautiful self! It is actually challenging to make an asian chinese look at most of Bangladeshi beauty parlour, but Farhana apu made it happen! Big thanks and big appreciation to Finesse team, Farhana apu such a good and decisive leader, a professional, and she knows what she is doing, and adjusted the normality here to my personalised request. Once again, very highly recommended here. Not only the Degree and Accomplishment she obtain from the South Korea itself, but her Attitude towards the customer is 10 upon 10!!!
