Went for my groom makeover and facial. Great service, staff were friendly and they went the extra mile to make sure everything was top notch. Highly recommend!

My father-in-law and I went to Persona Adams for manicure-pedicure, hot oil massage, hair trim and blackhead removal. The gentleman who performed both my manicure and pedicure was absolutely amazing - he even took special care of my still-healing (from a bad sprain) ankle. The face wash and treatment was also very well done. However, the guy who did my hair had a sour look on his face the entire time and made me feel awkward. For some reason, he trimmed my hair first, rather than do the hot oil massage and/or washing. I've never had a hot oil hair massage before, but it wasn't a pleasant experience for the majority of it. He asked if I wanted to wash my hair and seemed kind of annoyed. He wet my hair well enough, lathered it with not enough shampoo, and then rinsed it poorly. I asked him if he used shampoo and conditioner - knowing full-well he either didn't use conditioner or used 2-in-1 - but he still he told me he did. While blow drying my hair he burned one spot on the back of my head slightly. On top of that I had to ask him to comb it once he was 'done'.

I recently visited Persona Adams Hair Saloon for the first time for a haircut, and I was very pleased with the experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. The service was excellent and I was very happy with the end result. The only downside was the wait time, which was a bit longer than expected. However, I would definitely recommend this salon and give it a 4-star rating.

Excellent place for hair cut at Gulshan Avenue for man.It maintains it's environment neat and clean with required precautions which is quite impressive. Their employees and Barbers are very professional and very friendly. Professional and well trained barbers are working here who are very gentle and smart to take care of customers hair as per their choice.The employees are also very knowledgeable.The barbers are highly skilled.Mr Sayeed and Mr Rahman at reception is well mannered. Their management are also well behaved.They always welcome customers with sweet smile which is required at service industry. But,they need to make place separate for foot massage.they do the same thing at the place of hair cut which looks odd.May be they do it as some customers feel comfortable and do not like to move from their chair. As they can shampoo at separate place,they should do massage at separate place also. Above all,it's a great salon and one of the best in Bangladesh for man's haircut. Their precautions during covid pandemic is really appreciable. This place is highly recommended from my side.I am the member of Persona since 2006.But,they have a strong database for which my membership is recognized after a long time when I visited there. Membership is not required to take services from here. My strong recommendations for this place.

Barber ruined my beard. Categorically ask him for a just a trim, all the same length- number 2. Managed to cut my mustache too short, insisted that there were a few hairs out of place and then shaved too much off one side of my beard.

I am going there regularly for trimming my son's hair. Their service are too good. Very much friendly with the children. Highly recommend.
