Worst ever! Service provider is poorly behaved, doesn't want to follow instructions. Even after instructing over and over 10 times she cut my waist length hair to short bob. It was supposed to be a wolf layer cut rather she gave a straight cut without any layer. Her response was that's how a layer cut looks. After complaining to the customer care, the compensation offered was to visit them again so they could chop it shorter! Disgusting customer service

Staff is really good. Appreciate their service.

Expensive but services r good

Sometimes I really like their service, sometimes I don't. Overall experience is good. But it has become very expensive nowadays. And sometimes I feel like that they are deceiving me by showing some offer, which is not a very good deal actually. Maybe 100/200 taka less from the real price.

Loved all the services I took there. All staffs were professional and nice. The only thing I didn't like was that the facial caused itchy red skin rashes and swollen areas on my face which didn't happen in other parlors before. Also, they could keep a bit more spacious area for the washrooms. Other than that everything was good.

The receptionists who are recommending haircuts seem to lack knowledge and understanding about the styles they're promoting. Despite having a catalogue, the receptionists themselves are unfamiliar with the options. When I requested a step-free haircut, they directed me to the priciest option, the "Fixie/Fixxy Cut," which ironically involved numerous steps. After expressing my dissatisfaction to the hairstylist after she cut my hair, she defended and said that the Fixie Cut is supposed to have lots of steps. Why then the poorly informed and ignorant receptionists are advising customers on hairstyles? This has been my worst experience at the beauty salons in Dhaka. The owner needs to prioritize employee education over flashy decor.

Their service is too poor. Doesn't follow the instructions. The receptionist doesn't provide proper information and then blames the customer having their own fault. There's much more better parlours in the city I believe who actually respects their customers. I personally don't recommend this place.
